HZD1610
125 °C irradiation cross-linked flame-retardant heat shrink tube compound

Overview
HZD1610 is a polyolefin-based, irradiation cross-linked flame-retardant master compound rated 125 °C for heat shrink tubing. Built on a polyolefin base with flame retardants, anti-ageing and lubricating additives, it produces UL / CSA and UL224 heat shrink tube used for cable joints, terminations, component insulation and conductor bundling, with a strong balance of mechanical performance and cost.
Key features
- Irradiation cross-linked, 125 °C continuous rating
- Flame-retardant with low halogen acid gas emission
- Good mechanical and extrusion processing performance
- Suitable for UL / CSA and UL224 heat shrink tubing
- Excellent cost-to-performance ratio, colourable
